Title: StellarLabs 75' foot shielded stereo audio cable new
Purchased new, part # 24-8947, still in its factory sealed shrink wrapping and bagging. This is a stereo audio cable that is 75' long with a flexible outer jacket that is extremely high quality. You can read all the details at:
Search for the part number 24-8947 or CBT-2RA-75F
The retail price was $84.95, and I think MCM sold it for less.
The reason it is so expensive is the dual EMI/RFI shielding. I ran all 75' of these cables in an office under a desk up the wall around various fluorescent and dimmed incandescent light fixtures and finally to a video monitor's speaker connections. Despite all that EMI noise, the audio is crystal clear and noise free.
There are lots of cheap cables out there, but if you know anything about audio long runs near interference is a recipe for poor noisy audio.
Each end is terminated with two high quality RCA male connector color coded Red and White for left / right and gold plated for maximum signal with minimal resistance.
This was an extra that we bought to cover any problems at installation time and is no longer needed, so my loss is your gain.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
The cable weighs 6 pounds! So I'll ship it in a USPS flat rate box for $14. If I can fit it in a smaller / cheaper box, I'll refund that upon returning from the post office.
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.
Please ask any questions you might have, and good luck!

Title: StellarLabs 75' foot shielded video cable new
Purchased new, part # 24-8877, still in its factory sealed shrink wrapping and bagging. This is a composite video cable that is 75' long with a flexible outer jacket that is extremely high quality. You can read all the details at:
http://mcmelectronics.com/product/24-8877
MCM's current price is $25.95.
The reason it is so expensive is the dual EMI/RFI shielding. I ran all 75' of these cables in an office under a desk up the wall around various fluorescent and dimmed incandescent light fixtures and finally to a video monitor's video connections. Despite all that EMI noise, the video is bright and clear with none of the herringbone noise or distortion typically caused by those kinds of interference sources.
There are lots of cheap cables out there, but if you know anything about long runs near interference is a recipe for poor crappy video.
Each end is terminated with a single high quality gold plated RCA male end color coded yellow for Video.
This text is from MCM's website:
---
Stellar Labs SLP Composite Video Cables are ideal for long cable runs where EMI/RFI shielding and signal integrity are crucial. Featuring twisted pair, oxygen free 75ohm coaxial copper construction, and a 7.0mm thick, but flexible PVC jacket, these cables are ideal for transporting video signals with minimal degradation. UL listed wire Limited lifetime warranty.

This was an extra that we bought to cover any problems at installation time and is no longer needed, so my loss is your gain.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
The cable weighs 3 pounds! So I'll ship it in a USPS flat rate box for $14, or if I can fit it into a smaller flat rate box I'll refund the shipping difference upon returning from the post office.
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.

** I can ship it cheaper in a smaller USPS flat rate box if you don't mind that I remove it from the blister packing, which is a pain in the *** to open anyway. If you win and want it shipped cheaper, thus my removing that blister packing, let me know post auction and I'll adjust the shipping cost down to reflect actual flat rate smaller box shipping **
Please ask any questions you might have, good luck, and happy scrapping!

Description: Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter F5D7050
This is a new factory sealed Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter, model F5D7050.
I used these for client notebooks a few years ago that were running Win2K and they worked great. Haven't used one in a while. It comes with a desktop stand for use with desktop systems. Got it from Comp USA a couple of years ago when they went out of business here in Michigan, but haven't used it so this is still sealed. Even has their $49.99 price tag still attached.
I've got detailed pictures of this (or at least the outside of the box) at:
You can see both the front and back of the package in great detail.
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable. Note: Returns for non-compatibility will not be honored. I still have a system running with this adapter, so if you can't get it working and return it and it works here, I'll be happy to ship it back to you for an additional charge. Sorry about that, but many non-technical people buy tech gear and expect free tech support -- so if there is a problem, you'll have to take it up with Belkin.
** If you want it shipped cheaper, I can remove the adapter, CD, manual, and other stuff and re-pack it into a smaller USPS flat rate box for you. The adapter itself is palm-sized, the desktop adapter isn't very big, and CDs are small and light. If you want that, let me know post auction winning and I'll refund the difference in shipping once I return from the post office. **

Description: PS/2 Keyboard or Mouse Extension Cable 1.8M 6' foot
These are new sealed 6' extension cables good for PS/2 connected mice or keyboards. I've used a bunch of these and they are great, durable, and last a long long time. In fact, I can't think of any that have failed. If your mouse or keyboard cable is of the PS/2 connector type and too short, this is just what you need to give you extra length.
Not much more I can say about them. You get both cables for the same bid, shipped in the same USPS flat rate box.
I've got detailed pictures of these at:
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable. But since they are new in the package, there shouldn't be a problem. If you want, I'll be happy to test them prior to shipping, but I'll have to open the package enough to poke each end out of a hole.
Please ask any questions you might have, good luck, and happy bidding!

Description: StarTech removable IDE drive caddy SNT127A
This is a new factory sealed StarTech caddy and holder for a 3.5" IDE hard drive. I put these in many relatives and client systems that had kids -- tired of having me clean them of malware, spyware, viruses, and other general bad software their kids had downloaded, with a second hard drive the system became one with multiple personalities -- one for the parents that always worked and one for the kids that they would trash. So when mom and dad wanted to do some work, no matter what their computer was still happy and healthy.
This is an extra unit I had and am cleaning out some old stuff. It has a key lock, fan, power, and activity LEDs on it. A nice unit, not all cheap plastic.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable. Note: Returns for non-compatibility will not be honored. Make sure you have an IDE drive and not a SATA drive. If there is a long flat ribbon cable with 40 or 80 little bumps on it connecting to your hard drive, this will make it removable. If there is a small ~1 cm wide cable and a larger 2cm cable, you've probably got a SATA drive and this caddy won't work with that type of drive.

Description: Microsoft FrontPage 2000 full retail version used
This is a used copy of Microsoft Front Page 2000 web authoring software. Was installed and used on a system and that system has since gone to the scrap heap, this license is no longer in use and thus eligible for sale. It is complete with all the EULA paperwork, both CDs, box, etc. The back of the disk jacket has the install code, which I've not pictured for obvious reasons.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA Warranty included, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.

Description: Jaton Video-77-3D&TV Video Card PCI
This is a new in box Jaton Video-77 PCI video card with a composite video output for display on a TV as well as on a PC monitor. In the photo, you can also see an S-Video output which gives a better image than a composite video output will if your monitor can accept the S-Video signal.
I bought it a few years ago to transfer some computer video to video tape, didn't end up doing the project and never installed it in any system. Driver disk is in the box as well. If you win the bid and want me to, I'll plug it in and check out if it works, and if it doesn't work I'll refund the purchase and shipping fees and inform you it was defective.

Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA warranty, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.

Description: Margi Video Capture Capture-to-Go Card
This is a new in box Margi Capture-to-Go card for your notebook computer.
NOTE:THIS REQUIRES A NOTEBOOK THAT IS ZOOMED VIDEO ENABLED!
That is usually indicated with a small 'zv' logo near the PC Card slot that is zoomed video enabled. If your notebook doesn't have this logo, this card will most likely not work in that slot.
This card is for capturing NTSC or PAL video from typical sources -- CCTV cameras, camcorders, TV tuners, DVD players, video tape players, ... and capturing that video to disk in a notebook computer.
If you want to do that on a desktop system, there are much better options (I use a Pinnacle Studio Movie Board Plus). But this is a great option for doing so on a notebook computer.
The box says:
System Requirements
Notebook: Zoomed Video (ZV) Enabled
Processor: Pentium or higher
OS: Windows 3.11 or higher (Windows 95 recommended)
Memory: 16MB or more
Hard Drive: 10MB or more
Display: VGA or higher
This is still factory sealed. Bought as a back-up, it was never needed. Now it is up for sale.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
Continental USA only, paypal only, while factory sealed I have no way to test it, so it is being sold as-is with no returns.

Description: Black & Decker Piranha circular saw blade
Three new 7.25 inch 7 1/4" resharpenable 40 tooth carbide circular saw blades
Bought 4 somewhere over 13 years ago, used one since and haven't needed to replace it yet. But I'm a computer jock, not a full time carpenter. These were before Black & Decker were bought out and turned more consumer. They've been sitting in a box, and it is time for these to find a home on someone else's saw.
Part number is 73-757
Text from the blade reads as follows:
Exclusive ultra-sharp curved carbide teeth
Cuts smoother and faster than other carbide blades
Lasts up to 50 times longer than steel blades
Cuts all types of wood, plywood, particle board, chipboard, fiberboard, wallboard, and plastics
Fits all B&D, Skil, Makita, Milwaukee, Sears Craftsman, Ryobi, and all other 7 1/4" circular saws
You will get all three sold for whatever this auction goes for.
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
Continental USA only, paypal only, is being sold as-is with no returns. But like I said, they are new in the package.

Description: Lots of Golf Balls Titleist Ultra Top Flite Pnnacle
Here is the story -- we used to live right behind the Indianwood Country Club in Lake Orion, Michigan. Our back yard would collect balls all through the summer months. I collected them for 10 years. Never took up the game myself, I was always waiting for someone to throw their clubs over the fence into our yard. That never happened, and we've moved, so the likelihood of someone giving me clubs has dropped considerably.
So most of these balls are very clean and nearly new. Sometimes I'd find 3 balls with the same golfer's marks on it within a 5' radius. They weren't accurate, but they were consistent!
I picked some of the worst looking balls out of the box and put them in this photo, too. But in general, most are pretty darn clean looking. Any that were chopped by the lawn mower were thrown away. Most of these have some logo on them, probably 20% have the Indianwood Country Club logo on them. For the photo, I rotated the ones obviously organized into a square so you could see the various brands.
Since eBay kills the resolution of photos, I've posted a high resolution detail picture of this at:
If you look at the full-res version, you can see the condition of the typical ball collection.
What you will get if you win this auction: I can fit 64 of these into a USPS flat rate mailing box. So that is what you are bidding on -- 64 balls in varying conditions represented by the condition of the balls in the photograph. No cherry picking or brand picking.
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA warranty, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.

Description: Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard Mac NIB
This is a new in box copy of Adobe Acrobat 6.0 for the Macintosh that was purchased from our distributor and never opened. We bought the wrong version and somehow this never got returned. I believe it still qualifies for upgrade pricing as Adobe lets you jump 3 versions and the current Acrobat is 9.0.
You'll need to check with Adobe and confirm this if you intend to upgrade.
Part number off the label reads:
Acro, 6.0, MAC, RET, UE, 1PK, CD
p/n 12001595
UPC: 718659318796
It is still factory shrink wrapped.

Description: CPU Memory Connectors Chips for GOLD RECOVERY
Welcome! You'll find a whole pile of various electronic parts here for gold recovery. Some are PC, but most are from Sun Microsystems older systems. As you can see from the detailed photos, one of the chips that was in a video card was installed in a socket which let me show the pin length as 50% longer than an AMD CPU's pin length. So this should translate into MORE GOLD. Plus, the tops of many of the Sun SPARC CPUs sure look like gold to me.
The mix is a bunch of Sparc flavors (SM61, SM51, et al), along with an Ultra Sparc CPU -- that is the chip with the two screw posts on top of it where the heat sink mounted. Some of the CPU boards had two chips with gold tops, some only had one. Plus, on the underside is the connector where the CPU met up with the system board, which has what look like gold plated pins.
In another photo are detailed shots of a pile of memory chips. The column of memory on the left are single sided chips, the column on the right are double sided chips. In the old days, there used to be fine gold wires inside the chips attaching the die to the leads. I don't know if that is still the case - I imagine if you are looking at this auction you could probably tell more about gold recovery and what is inside than I can. I can program them all and make them sing, not recover their gold.
The big picture shows everything that will be included in the auction -- chips raw, boards with chips on them, and memory chips. I would weigh the whole box, but that is kind of irrelevant since some of the chips are raw and off the boards, most are still soldered to their original circuit boards, some have pins waaaay longer than others do, and all those screw topped gold chips, and some circuit boards have double the pins on them. So I'll let the pictures do the inventory for me.
A full inventory is as follows:
2 Sun CPUs with 2 of the gold topped screw posted gold lead chips on each board, plus the gold connector on the bottom
2 Sun CPUs with 1 of the gold topped screw posted gold lead chip, plus the gold connector on the bottom
2 Ross HyperSparc CPUs with 1 chip each gold leads non gold topped, plus the gold connector on the bottom
1 Sun UltraSparc dual gold post CPU chip board with two smaller gold topped chips as in photo, plus the dual edge connector gold fingers and other chips on board
1 AMD Duron CPU
1 Intel PIII CPU
2 AMD K6 CPUs
1 LSI Graphics chip from a Sun video board with the 50% longer pins as in photo
1 Sun video board with same chip soldered onto it
10 memory boards mostly Sun with gold fingers and double-sided chips
9 memory boards mostly Sun with gold fingers and single-sided chips
Here is a picture of everything you will get in this package flat on a table:
I've got a whole pile of VERY detailed photos of the entire lot at:
The CPUs from the Sparcstation 20s have what look like a gold screw post on top and gold plated surface where the heat sink screwed to the top. These two photos show the top and bottom of the CPU cards and the chips on them, followed by a close-up of the gold pinned connector that is also on each card.
There is an Ultra Sparc CPU which has two screw posts for a much larger heat sink, two other chips on the same CPU, and gold fingers on both sides. All pictured in detail below -- the ruler is not included in the sale, but for your own measurement pleasure:
There are two video cards -- one had the main video chip in a socket, so I pulled the chip out and measured the pins -- they are 3/16" long which is 50% longer than the AMD K6 CPUs included in this lot. I couldn't measure the Sparc 20 CPUs since they were still soldered onto the board. You can see the pin length here and compare it to the pin length of the AMD a few photos down.
The first photo in this sequence shows the pin length of the AMD K6 CPUs, then the 2 AMD K6s and an Intel CPU, and an AMD Duron I think. Plus the part # on the Sun graphics processor chip soldered to the board, and two Ross CPU cards with chips on them and connectors to the system board. The Ross CPU cards were Sparc compatible CPUs (HyperSparc) that were often installed into SparcStation machines since they ran faster than the factory parts.
Continental USA only, paypal only, no returns.

Description: Magic the Gathering MTG card collection
Background:
I got into Magic the Gathering in 1996 (around 4th Edition, Ice Age, Alliances) and stopped collecting and playing sometime late in 98 or early 99 (Urza's Saga timeframe). In between, I obtained a whole lot of cards. Well, I used to think it was a lot, but seeing some of the other collections apparently I was pretty mild. Near the end (Urza's Saga and Exodus), I didn't buy any sealed boxes but instead picked up a few boxes of commons from someone that bought packs and sold the rares. Those will be called out in a few minutes.
At last count, the entire collection was around 160 linear inches worth of cards, which I measured out at 75 cards per inch. So my whole collection is around 12,000 cards and are 99% in the timeframe indicated. There are a couple of dual lands from Revised and some rares and stuff I picked up from some other collections and a few packs from The Dark et al, but for the most part they cover 4th Edition, Ice Age, Alliances, Fallen Empires, Homelands, Mirage, Weatherlight, Visions, Tempest, and Stronghold. I mention the strays so you have a more complete understanding of what is here, not trying to raise expectations that you'll get a ton of Revised cards or anything like that.
Oh, and I even still have a sealed booster box of Alliances. Thought that might be a good "investment". If my 401K plan is any indication, perhaps I should have bought nothing but Magic cards <grin>.
I wasn't into trading away my rares, so for the most part any I got are still in the various boxes or decks built around them.
There are lots of the more valuable commons from those days, like Lightning Bolts, and many are in already assembled decks.
I went through the boxes and, sadly, I can't remember just by looking at them which are the rares, which are the uncommons, etc.
A few I do remember, and in going quickly through the boxes to identify roughly what is inside when I came across a card I remember as a "Wow!" card I tried to note it. But I don't think Wizards started marking the rarity in the set symbol until Urza's Saga and I only found a couple of those rares which looked like they were from a single deck purchase or a booster draft. In other words, this is a bit of a gamble on your part, but knowing the history will hopefully let you make a more educated bid.
I've numbered the boxes of cards -- I kept them in plastic boxes you'd store baseball cards in, which are actually very nice for Magic cards. Back then you could find them at K-Mart for $3 or so each.
Any one box can ship in a US Postal Service Flat-Rate Box for $10. If you buy more than one of the boxes of cards and don't mind giving up the plastic boxes, I can probably fit two of the cards into the flat rate box as tightly packed cards but then any risk of damage is yours. The plastic is darn good at protecting them. I don't think it is worth it, but that is going to be the winner's call one way or another.
I did a quick run-through of each box, what sets I found inside, and if I happened to recognize particular rares or uncommons. I'd love to give you a full inventory, but that isn't practical from a time perspective.
** There has been no cherry picking and separate sales of cards prior to putting these boxes up for auction **
I've got detailed pictures of this at:
If you look at the full-res version, you can see the condition of the typical ball collection.
Continental USA only, paypal only, DOA warranty, if there is an issue buyer pays for return shipping, shipping charges are not refundable.
